Construction Facts
Manufactured homes are built by skilled carpenters, plumbers, and electricians in an ideal work environment, enhanced by state-of-the-art equipment. The result is a high-precision, high-degree of customizing and floor layout flexibility, a speedier and more cost-effective building process, and fast on-site completion.

The manufactured home is built on a non-removable steel chassis and transported to the building site by using wheels, hitch and axles attached to the chassis, which are removed at the site. 1, 2, or 3 finished sections of the home are transported to the site and set without need of crane on a pier-type or permanent foundation.

The home can be occupied within 2 days to 3 weeks after delivery. Manufacturer compliance with HUD code is guaranteed by a red tag attached to each home, or segment of a home.
